Because of our excellent customer service, our helpdesk was rated #1 of all the ARCO divisions worldwide. Helped research, prepare, and migrate entire user base (about 2,000 people) from Macintosh to Windows NT 4.0 in one year. Analyzed and recommended virus protection products.
